Nice people, stand behind their products
This is a revision (or addition) to a review I did earlier. I had a problem with the Frankincense oil. It came with a squashed rubber bulb and had leaked out. I It didn't seem very "smelly" and when I put a couple of drops in water, it did not oil up. I relayed this problem to them and they were just wonderful. Jenn (customer support manager) not only got in contact with me almost immediately, but handled the problem with grace and knowledge. This was during the Christmas holiday, when no one is working! She was in contact with several times, working out the problem. She offered to replace or refund, no hesitation. What she ended up doing was replacing and refunding! The replacement came, and it was in great shape and had a much better, lasting odor and did oil up in water. I'm really impressed with this company. So many are fakes and people don't have a clue. I have no hesitation buying future products from them! Thanks Jenn!
