Relaxation in and out

I use carrot seed oil on my skin to reduce inflammation and relieve itching associated with sunburns, and it both calms my skin, and myself. The stress relief is evident and now even when I don't have a sunburn, I use carrot seed oil on the diffuser as a means to relax.

Soothing effect on the skin

Carrot seed oil is very relaxing, but the best thing about it is that it soothes the outside too. I massage my ankles with it after a long day and my skin is instantly soothes, hydrated, and any swelling goes straight down.
