I read an article on the benefits of chewing Cloves. I started chewing on cloves and swallowing them after they were well chewed. Subsequently to doing this, I suddenly realized that the only reason I was chewing Cloves was to extract the Eugenol Essential Oil they contained. At this point I suddenly realized that I could skip the process of chewing Cloves and just purchase the Eugenol Oil and consume it directly. I am taking about 3 drops of Eugenol Oil late in the evening. I read from several information sources that the evening is the best time to take this oil.I am 85 years old. Besides the stated benefits of taking this oil, I feel more alert, more relaxed and more energetic after taking this oil for about 10 days.I purchased this Eugenol Oil in a 20 Ounce bottle. I was totally surprised that the Oil came in a Dark Glass Bottle. This was very important to me because. If it came in a Plastic Bottle, I was already prepared transfer the Oil to Glass Bottle. The idea here is to Prevent Plastic from the bottle leaching into the Eugenol Oil and contaminating it.I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.
