Moringa Oil for Hair

Derived from the seeds of the moringa oleifera tree native to India, moringa oil is a naturally potent source of important nutrients such as oleic acid, antioxidants, and vitamins. These nutrients are said to be anti-inflammatory and hydrating, both of which may soothe the scalp and improve the shine and strength of hair. It may also work to repair damaged hair and strengthen your locks for hair that looks healthier on a day-to-day basis.

To use moringa oil on your hair, apply it to your locks as a hair mask. Saturate every strand with the oil, massage into your scalp, and then leave the oil on for at least twenty minutes before rinsing and washing your hair as normal.

For best results, you can do this once or twice a month. Alternately, add a little bit of moringa oil into your shampoo and conditioner to receive regular benefits.
