Different from aloe vera gel thanks to its consistency, aloe vera oil is created by infusing the aloe vera plant in a carrier oil. Aloe vera oil is said to be  a potent source of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, all of which may benefit your skin when used as part of a regular skincare routine. Notable nutrients in aloe vera oil include vitamins C, E, B, and A, in addition to amino acids and certain minerals.

You can massage aloe vera oil into your skin regularly to help soothe itchy, dry skin or areas of inflammation. Aloe vera oil may also help to hydrate skin and promote healthier looking skin. Additionally, the antibacterial properties of aloe vera oil may be helpful for blemishes, while antioxidants may smooth out the skin.
