Traditionally made by infusing aloe vera into a carrier oil, aloe vera oil is a potent source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that have a number of helpful skin and hair benefits. The oil differs from typical aloe vera gel in that it absorbs into skin differently and is more easily blended into things like massage oils and skin or hair care products. Important nutrients that aloe vera oil contains include vitamins C, E, A, and B, amino acids, and minerals.

When used on your face, aloe vera oil may be beneficial for inflammation and acne. This is thanks to the vitamins and minerals in the oil and the generally soothing nature of aloe vera. It may also provide anti-bacterial properties to the skin.

Additionally, the nutrients and antioxidants packed into aloe vera oil are highly beneficial for overall skin health.

 

NOTE: This aloe vera oil is infused in sesame oil and should not be used by anyone with allergies or sensitivities to sesame.
