Great customer service!

I have ordered several times and every time the delivery was prompt and the packages were well padded so there was never any issues. The one time that they were out of an item they quickly notified me and offered me a discount for my trouble if I wanted to wait or the ability to cancel the item. At one point they offered me a free sample kit but I didn't follow the instructions properly so it wasn't shipped. When I asked about it they immediately shipped the kit to me even though I screwed up. Great customer service! Always very prompt to reply to any questions.
