Cedarwood oil is sometimes used for anxiety, making it a great choice if stress is keeping you awake. Cedarwood's aroma is woodsy and smoky.
Valerian oil brings rest and relaxation thanks to its high nerolidol content along with its tranquil, calming aroma.
